Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant:
Individuals in this position will perform the following job duties:
- Conducting fit gap analysis as a part of the PeopleSoft project .
- Creating the project schedule and outlining resources required for the project .
- Working on requirement gathering, writing functional designs and configuring the system.
- Running conversion programs for the employees and work with job track team to schedule batch jobs.
- Leading system integration testing for the project.
- Working on parallel testing to balance payroll.
- Working with users and support them for User acceptance testing (UAT) .
- Preparing the final environment before Go Live for Dress Rehearsal.
- Training users and project resources for the legacy business processes and the new PeopleSoft application.
- Supporting the new application after Go Live.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any field), Computer Science, or related discipline and five years of progressive experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Software Engineer or closely related occupation.
- Must have one year of experience with Benefits Administration, North American Payroll, SQL, DB2, Mainframe, and People Tools.

Programmer Analyst:
Individuals in this position will perform the following job duties:
- Providing detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.
- Ensuring that the goals of the business with regards to the requirements provided are met.
- Working with Architecture team to design and provide architectural review of the new ETL processes prior to development to ensure the best practices.
- Ensuring specifications are created and maintained for new ETL processes.
- Helping define and enforce standards and procedures for Data Warehouse, and Data Mart ETL processes.
- Developing ETL Mappings/ Worklets / Work flows using Informatica Power Center, Power Exchange.
- Working with ERP technologies like PeopleSoft.
- Working with database programming language like SQL, TSQL and databases like SQL Server, DB2 and Oracle; Develop, document, test, and implement application solutions based on business requirements.
- Developing UNIX shell scripts to automate the ETL job processes.
- Creating and executing unit test plans based on system and validation requirements.
- Troubleshooting, optimizing, and tuning ETL Processes.
- Ensuring that all timelines of loading/validating data before moving to production are met.
- Performing other job related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP Technology and using ETL tools, specifically Pervasive Data Integrator, Informatica Power Center, and Power Exchange..

BI Analyst:
Individuals in this position will perform the following job duties:
- Working with deliverables on all phases of the PLC (Project Life Cycle).
- Assessing impacts/GAPS between AS-IS and TO-BE processes using existing tools like OWB, BO, OBIEE, Informatica, Teradata and Oracle.
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements including business rules and quality.
- Working with attributes, external interfaces, and constraints with help of BI tools like Informatica, Toad, OBIEE and DAC.
- Developing functional specifications to ensure compliance with System Development Lifecycle methods.
- Documenting business process flows for QA (Quality Assurance) team and assisting QA to create and execute system test plans.
- Coordinating with release management for all code deployment activities and test data support.
- Conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve problems and making recommendations and/or discovering new approaches in applications.
- Initiating KT (Knowledge transfer) sessions to users and Support Teams after successful completion of a project.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline and one year of experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Manager, or related occupation.
- The position also requires one year of experience with OWB (Oracle Warehouse Builder), BO (Business Objects - a business intelligence tool), OBIEE, Informatica, Teradata, and Oracle.
